As plans begin to take shape for this year's Independence celebrations, the man charged with organizing this year's 2nd Annual Independence Home Coming Queen Show has issued a call for young woman to participate in the competition.
Head of the Home Coming Queen Committee, Calvin Southwell, said this year's show is expected to be of a higher caliber than last year and added that delegates seeking to take part must move quickly, as this is necessary to ensure that the contestants are well trained.
Southwell said that the show will be similar to last year's, as five girls will be selected from each zone, with the finalist being announced on the final night of the show.
The show's main organizer said that ladies seeking to participate must be between the ages 18-30, enthusiastic, attractive, and intelligent; along with being pleasant with a friendly personality.
In addition, the ladies may either be single or married, with or without children and eloquent possessing the essence of a woman.

Potential contestants are asked to take note that screenings end on 17th August 2005.
