Texaco West Indies Limited (TWIL) recently donated a new computer system to the staff of the Piggots Primary School.

The computer system, which has been long needed at the learning institution, will be used in the preparation of examination papers, record test results and students' historic grade results, among other purposes.

Principal of the Piggotts Primary School Mrs. Delora Smith in accepting the timely and much needed donation said she and her staff are very grateful to Texaco for providing them with a new computer system as it will assist the faculty with their many administrative responsibilities as well as augment their computer skills.

Texaco according to Retail and Consumer and Industrial Business Consultant Mr. Curtis Francis is happy to have contributed to the learning institution, as his company believes that the computer system will provide development opportunities for the staff, which can soon be passed along to the students.

With over 50 years in Antigua, eight service stations, more than 100 direct and indirect employees and a solid roster of Commercial and Industrial customers, TWIL has historically been recognized for its commitment to social responsibility. TWIL is a Chevron Corporation company, which markets its products in Antigua under the Texaco brand.
