Cabinet Appoints Judge Don Mitchell
to Investigate APUA

ST. JOHN’S, Antigua

The Cabinet of Antigua and Barbuda today following its weekly sitting announce the composition of an Investigative team to look into matters surrounding a controversy involving the state owned utility corporation the Antigua Public Utilities Authority.

Attorney General the Hon. Justin Simon Q.C. announced that Cabinet had decided to appoint Mr. Don Mitchell CBE Q.C. of Anguilla to conduct the investigation.

Judge Don Mitchell who formerly worked in Antigua and Barbuda will commence his investigation on November 28 and will hand in his report to the Cabinet three weeks later.
