National Scholarship Medical Awardees Selected

ST. JOHN'S, Antigua
The National Scholarship Committee has made its selection for the two medical scholarships for the academic year 2007/2008. The recipients are Andre Peters and Gaden Osborne.
Peters is a graduate of the St. Joseph's Academy, the Antigua State College and has just completed a degree in Biology with the University of the West Indies.
Mr. Peters sees a medical degree as significant as it will enable him to achieve his goal of becoming a successful doctor, practicing in Antigua and Barbuda.
Mr. Osborne is also a graduate of the St Joseph's Academy and the Antigua State College and looks forward to obtaining a medical degree and fulfilling his dream of improving the health care service in Antigua and Barbuda.
