If you choose to make an application through the GoAB’s e-service for which you provide us with personally identifiable data, we may share necessary data with other Government agencies, so as to serve you in a most efficient and effective way, unless such sharing is prohibited by law. This information is used to measure the number of visitors to the various sections of our site and identify system performance or problem areas. We also use this information to help us develop the site, analyze patterns of usage, and to make the site more useful. We will NOT share your personal data with non-Government entities, except where such entities have been authorised to carry out specific Government services.
  2. If you violate these Terms, we may restrict access to the services available via the website. We may also block delivery of any communication (i.e. email or instant message) to or from the Services in an effort to enforce these terms or we may remove or refuse to publish your content for any reason. When investigating alleged violations of these Terms, the GoAB reserves the right to review your content in order to resolve the issue.
